efficient staff smooth check-in in-room coffee

The front desk operated efficiently around the clock with helpful personnel. Check-in was smooth, and access was easy. The room included a separate area with a hot tub, something I didn't use, as I only needed a place to sleep while attending a conference. I found the in-room coffee machine particularly convenient.

Central and Clean! YES!

hotel cleanliness spacious room central location

I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. My King Room was surprisingly spacious! The location ROCKS because it's super central for exploring all the hotspots.

Nothing really bothered me too much, so all good here!

convenient location subway connections coffee station closed roads unhelpful staff blocked street

The location was convenient. I was a block away from the Berri-UQAM station. This station provided many connections to the subway lines. Parking was available (a good plus!). There was also a free water and coffee station in the lobby.

The roads to get to the hotel were closed when I arrived. There was only one alley available. The front desk staff was unable to tell me how to get to the hotel (this was frustrating). My GPS took me to a blocked street.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues Noted

noisy air conditioner uncomfortable beds

I found a few things disappointing . The air conditioner was quite noisy. It made it hard to sleep. I didn't think the beds were very comfortable, a problem for getting a good night's rest. The sink in the bathroom was cracked too. I thought the bathroom needed a better cleaning.
